We also offer a “Let Only” service, which allows you to manage everything yourself once a property has been advertised locally, regionally and nationally to source potential tenants.
If required, we can carry out the accompanied viewings and referencing up to the tenant being selected and successfully referenced and then manage the Tenancy Agreements and check-in paperwork before we hand back to you if required.
We can even offer an “Advertise Only” service, where you do everything yourself but use our local-regional-national advertising, and if the none of the above packages suit your specific requirements, we can always look to create tailored arrangements if you feel you need something out of the ordinary.
