We offer a No-Let-No-Fee service and a flexible menu of options, from a fully managed solution covering everything from the initial appraisal and valuation, in-house photography and local-regional-national advertising via Rightmove and PrimeLocation, along with all major social media platforms, tenant sourcing, accompanied viewings 6 days per week, preapplication screening and referencing, to handling all of the legal paperwork, tenancy agreements, managing tenant deposits and bonds, managed check-ins with photographic inventories, ongoing legal compliance, rent collection management, rent review management, ongoing maintenance management, allowing tenants access to our market leading 24-7-365 maintenance app and emergency helpline, ongoing routine inspections and landlord reporting, along with end-of-tenancy check-outs and managing any works required, and dealing with the return of tenant deposits/bonds.
We also offer a “Let Only” service, which allows you to manage everything yourself once a property has been advertised locally, regionally and nationally via Rightmove and PrimeLocation, along with all major social media platforms to source potential tenants, the accompanied viewings have been carried out, the tenant has been selected and successfully referenced, and the Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and check-in sheets are ready to be signed.
We can even offer an “Advertise Only” service, where you do everything yourself but use our local-regional-national advertising via Rightmove and PrimeLocation, along with all major social media platforms to advertise your property to potential tenants.
